Timberline Management Inc.is primarily a Commercial Truck Parts Supplier for OEM replacement parts for Commercial Trucks. Therefore, we understand down time for commercial truck owners and the importance of prompt shipments of the parts they order. Because of this understanding and our commitment to the commercial truck business, rest assured that this same commitment is throughout our shipping processes on our website.
Timberline Management Inc. has a 3:00pm Eastern Time cutoff for shipment on the same day. Timberline Management Inc.will however try to accommodate your needs up to 5:00pm or later if available, based on emergency orders.
Extra shipping charges may apply based on the circumstances. In order for us to respond outside of normal cut-off hours, you will have to call or e-mail us with your requests between 3:00pm and 5:00pm Eastern Time.
Timberline Management Inc. uses what we believe to be the most reliable shippers in the e-commerce shipping business. These shippers include Federal Express, UPS, and the US Postal Service. Timberline Management Inc. does however use different shippers when required based on; package weight, size, or destination. Timberline Management Inc., based on specific needs, will use different shippers if available, at your request.
Timberline Management Inc.’s commitment to you our customer is to handle your orders promptly and ship your orders promptly, so as not to inconvenience you in any way. Timberline Management Inc. will provide tracking numbers when available to our customers, following orders placed on our web site. These tracking numbers when available will be provided by e-mail within 12 hours of order placement.
